The last book I read and finished was: The Story Of Edgar Sawtelle I was watching Oprah one day before heading off the work and she was talking about her book club and found a new book that has entered her club and I'm one not to read too many books or pay attention to her book club but nothing was really on so I just kept her show on. She introduced this book and it's about this boy who was born without the ability to talk to a couple who raised their own breed of dogs on a farm. It grabbed my interest first because I'm a hug animal lover and love dogs so I continued to listen about the book. Without giving too much away if anyone here decides to pick up this book it's just a story about this couple who soon face hardships when they have a son who is born without the ability to speek, trying to get their dog farm in success mode, family heartbreak, mystery, etc. It was a really good book and I would recommend to anyone.

Reading "A Slobbering Love Affair: The True (And Pathetic) Story of the Torrid Romance Between Barack Obama and the Mainstream Media" by Bernard Goldberg. I guess the title pretty much says it all...

About 3 weeks ago, I ordered the autobiographies of Bruno Sammartino, Larry Zbyszko & Tito Santana off of amazon.com. Bruno's was the best by far. Tito's had a few errors that I'd read about in reviews, but I still thought it was ok. Zbyszko's was a little bit better, but he didn't get into a whole lot of detail about some things.

I just finished Dan Brown's latest, "The Lost Symbol." Much like all of his other books, this was an incredibly entertaining read, with so many unexpected twists. The man knows how to craft a story.
I am now starting a new collection of short stories and poems by Sherman Alexie (my current favorite writer) called "War Dances."

Today I just finished reading "Cirque Du Freak" by Darren Shan. It took me 3 days to read it. It is very good! I'm hoping to get book 2 pretty soon. There are 12 books in the series. Book 2 is called "The Vampire's Assistant".
I cannot wait for the movie to come out this month!!!!
