Here are Christy's answers to your questions. Keep in mind, these questions were submitted a while ago, so I apologize if your question did not get answered in my previous thread.
Just in time for Christy’s birthday.. how’s that for timing?
Enjoy..
1. Christy, what are your thoughts about doing more wrestling rather than being a valet? Do you see yourself becoming TNA women's champion somewhere down the line?
Lisa
New York
My goal and drive is definitely in last gear towards being a big part of the women's division... to be more specific, yes I want to be TNA's Women's Champion and right now I am currently training for that!
2. Hey Christy, is it true that you used to support The Undertaker when you were a kid?
Chris
Isle Of Wight (United Kingdom)
I have always been a pretty big Undertaker fan! There is just something about a bad man that kicks butt on a bike that puts a huge smile on my face :-)
3. Hi there Christy. I have a question for you. Is there a chance that you will be doing more music soon?
Warrenishere, RHS Seattle Chapter
Right this moment HEMME is recording and finishing and EP of 4 songs that will be released in Hot Topic's and Targets etc. So YES baby, its coming and after that we have a collection of stuff ready for the album.
4. We always hear about you doing appearances at different conventions. Which conventions do you look forward to the most to attend and why?
Megan Hermann
Berwyn, Illinois
I really enjoy doing the conventions because it gives me such a great opportunity to hear from the fans and say hello. My schedule is absolutely insane and to be perfectly honest I am not good at keeping up with the computer stuff... so being there in person is something I really treasure. My fav's are Chiller and Dragon Con because they are so crazy! Everyone dresses up and lets themselves escape from anything going on in there life to meet interesting people and have fun... plus the after parties are always KILLER!
5. Would you ever be interested in doing a reality show?
Steve
Faunce, PA
No, no and... well... NO lol! Yeah, just not really my bag dude.
6. If you could have attended any music event/concert in history, what would it be?
Stuart Mckinnell – Scotland
That is an absolute NO BRAINER!! Woodstock baby fo’sho’!! That is a time period in history I would have absolutely embraced. Nothing tops that!!
7. What stores do you enjoy shopping at?
Tina Hermann
Berwyn, IL
I really love interesting stuff that no one else has. I like clothing that catches my eye or something interesting that I'd like to change whether it be cutting, adding to or sewing into something new to make it my own. I’m definitely not a designer sleeper. I usually find great stuff over seas, Venice beach or Melrose Ave in LA. I am also sponsored by a company called Kimikal... they ROCK!
8. Who is your favorite wrestler to work with, in or out of the ring?
What is the oddest/coolest thing a fan has given you?
Scott "deadman" Romanski
Long Island, NY
Right now I get the most from the people I am training with, in particular AJ Styles. I really respect him as a wrestler and love his style so I'm hoping it will rub off on me! I am going to say that my favorite things are from the fans that have been there since the beginning and have been so loyal.... I love everything but especially the necklace Joe gave me and the cute little purple guitar that you gave me Scott, THANK YOU!
9. Hi there Christy. We all know your love of motorcycles. Given the busy schedule you keep, do you find the time to ride as often as you like? And we all know you're a Harley Davidson girl, but are there any other makes/models that you like and would perhaps like to own?
Joe Bottari (Joey B.)
New York, New York
I am absolutely a die hard Harley lover but to be honest a bike’s a bike and no matter what you can or can't afford feeling the freedom of riding is immeasurable... well except for you moped lovers, JK, everything is cool. If I could get another bike though I would LOVE an old vintage Panhead or there was an Indian Larry bike that I got to sit on out in Sturgis that I fell completely in love with!
10. Everyone seemed to enjoy your opening match at No Surrender. Has your perspective on wrestling and the business of wrestling changed any since the beginning?
Kenai Andrews
Toronto Canada
Well thank you, it was fun!
As far as my perspective on the business of wrestling, when I first got into wrestling I was so naive to the business and really had NO clue what kind of circus I was getting myself into. I was used to traveling with my four best friends all working together without competition because we were a unit and the better we worked together the better we were. That same mentality didn't exactly transfer to wrestling when it really should... takes both sides to make a great match. It was a challenge for me at first but now as I am getting more involved at TNA and the situation is different, I can feel myself really coming full circle and back to what makes things in the world great when you work together.
So then when it comes to my perspective on wrestling... that has never changed, I have always been in love with it.
11. Are you a MMA fan? If so, who are your favorite fighters and why?
Kenai Andrews
Toronto Canada
Everyone trips when I tell them, but I actually don't have a TV, so I don't really get much of a chance to see anything! But whenever I am somewhere and it is on I always stop to watch and get really into it.
12. Christy, which 3 people in the business do you feel you have learned the most from and what specifically have you learned from them?
Kenai Andrews
Toronto Canada
I know you said three people but I actually have to name a group... Samoa Joe, Gail Kim, Traci Brooks, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Karen Angle and Frankie Kazerian... I found a truly honest and beautiful friendship in TNA. Whether we are in the ring, talking about wrestling or our personal lives, supporting each other or enjoying our company with food and drinks, we all know that we have a family for life.
PS.
Traci taught me how to break my hand hitting her so hard in the ring, AJ taught me some crazy moves, Gail continues to teach me how to spell like the spelling bee champ she is (yeah I'm pretty bad hehe) and Christopher Daniels taught me I am not the loudest one in the bunch!
12. Hey Christy! I want to ask you how what type of workout do you do? How many days do you workout? And are you on a diet plan or do you just eat whatever?
Furychick
I really love outdoor activities near where I live, like Hiking Runyan Canyon, running on Venice Beach or the hoping up and down the Santa Monica stairs. I also do a Kalesetics a really good 30 minute stretch and light weight training. I honestly just try to work out whenever I can and that can range from 0-7 times a week lol! Being active really does make me feel better though. I don’t stick to a diet but I have a healthy lifestyle that includes a balanced diet. Carbs like oatmeal and wheats, fruits, veggies, lots of meat... and at least one good cheat day a week hehe :-)
13. Christy, what's your ethnic background?
Macout
I am Scottish, English and Cherokee Indian... pretty much a US mutt!
Just in time for Christy’s birthday.. how’s that for timing?
