okay ive just had my son mustafah 3 weeks ago but i want to lose weight..me and anthony will be getting married this year, i dont want to be some big fat bride. ive tried to lose weight in the past and failed.i have polycystic ovaries and so its twice as hard to lose weight..im going to join the gym but wanted to know what was the best things to do..the treadmills?those cross trainers?bikes?what other excercises are good?any helpful advice would be great.
